Does Germstar kill 99.99% of germs?

  • Yes! Germstar Hand Sanitizer products are tested against a broad range of micro-organisms and have resulted in 99.99% reduction of those organisms. It is prohibited by the Food and Drug Administration for manufacturers to make viral reduction claims.

How is Germstar different than other hand sanitizers?

  • Germstar never uses any harsh chemicals
  • Germstar is free of triclosan, benzalkonium chloride, phthalate, parabens, glycols, chloride, formaldehyde carriers, and other common allergens 
  • Germstar Hand Sanitizer has natural emollients that moisturize and soften hands during use
  • Germstar Hand Sanitizer never leaves a sticky residue on the hands unlike gel and foam sanitizers

Shipping

  • How do orders ship? Germstar ships via UPS, FedEx, or other Logistic Companies depending on the size of the shipment or you can use your own account 
  • Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes via air, but you can also purchase directly through our distributors in those locations
  • Do you ship to US territories? Yes, via distributors 
  • Do you ship to Canada? Germstar has a Canadian Distributor
  • Do you ship overseas? Germstar has Distributors world wide 
  • Can I track my order? Invoice will contain tracking number

Payment

  • What types of payment do you accept? All major credit cards, checks, or via transfer  
  • When will my card be charged? Before the order gets shipped

What is your return policy?  

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING RETURNS ON UNOPENED PRODUCTS. 

Returns: All returns must be approved within 30 days of purchase. Call Germstar for an RMA#. All returns must be in like-new condition and must be returned undamaged with all individual items complete in their original packaging. Germstar reserves the right to refuse any return if damaged in any way. The product is not eligible for return if the seal is broken or if the product has been used in any way. Products returned to Germstar are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Damaged Products: Freight and product damages must be reported to Germstar within 7 days of item delivery. A call tag will be issued to the customer for the damaged item. Once Germstar has received the damaged product, a replacement item will be sent to the customer at no charge. 

Shipping Policy: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit, with the sole exception of a defective or damaged item exchange.

Product Warranty: Germstar dispensers have a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. To be eligible for the warranty the customer must fill out and return the Germstar warranty card included with the dispenser.  

Miscellaneous  

  • Can I buy and re-sell Germstar products in a store?  Yes, as long as you have a resale permit
